1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PakkaFlat, you agree to these terms. PakkaFlat is a platform that connects property owners with tenants. We are not a real estate agent or broker.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One account per person; sharing accounts is not allowed
• You must be 18 years or older to use PakkaFlat

3. Listing Guidelines

• Only property owners or authorized representatives may list properties
• All listing information must be accurate and current
• Photos must be of the actual property being listed
• Listings must be for residential rental properties in Bangalore
• Brokers posing as owners will have their accounts suspended

4. Verification

Landlords must respond to periodic verification requests. Listings that are not verified within 20 days will be automatically deactivated. Listings with 3 or more community reports will be deactivated pending review.

5. Contact Credits

Tenants receive 3 free landlord contacts per month. Additional contacts may require a paid plan. Contact credits are non-transferable and expire at the end of each calendar month.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Harassing other users
• Scraping or automated access to our platform
• Filing false reports against legitimate listings
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

PakkaFlat is a listing platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the suitability of any property, or the conduct of any user. All property transactions are between the landlord and tenant directly.
