Every listing on PakkaFlat is verified every 7-14 days. If a landlord doesn't confirm their property is still available, the listing is automatically removed. We use email verification, push notifications, and crowd-sourced reporting to keep our listings fresh.

For Landlords: List your property for free, get verified, and connect with genuine tenants. No broker fees.
Freshness Badges: Green (verified in last 7 days), Yellow (7-14 days), Red (needs re-verification).
Community Reports: Users can report listings that are already rented or fake. 3 reports = auto-removal.
